Cancellation Policy
Julie Anne Photography – Photography Release & Liability Policy Oak Creek Preserve – Zolfo Springs, Florida This Photography Release Policy (“Agreement”) applies to all photography sessions conducted by Julie Anne Photography (“Photographer”) at Oak Creek Preserve (“Location”). By booking a session and/or being photographed, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms: 1. MODEL RELEASE Client grants Photographer the unrestricted right to take, edit, use, and publish photographs from the session for: Portfolio and website display Studio samples Social media and marketing Advertising materials Online and print promotion Submission to magazines, blogs, or publications Client understands images may be used without compensation, and Photographer may edit or modify images at their sole discretion. If Client does not wish images to be used publicly, a written request must be submitted before the session. 2. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE OWNERSHIP All images created by Photographer are protected under U.S. Copyright Law. Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images. Client receives personal-use rights to the digital images delivered. Client may not sell, edit, filter, or alter the images without permission. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement. 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Julie Anne Photography and Oak Creek Preserve are not liable for: Personal injury, property damage, or accidents on the property Harm caused by livestock, uneven terrain, insects, weather, wildlife, or natural conditions Loss of images due to equipment malfunction, theft, fire, or unforeseen circumstances Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages If Photographer is unable to perform the session due to illness, emergency, or events beyond her control, liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refund of the session fee, at Photographer’s discretion. 4. AGRITOURISM & FARM SAFETY WAIVER Oak Creek Preserve is an active working farm with livestock and natural terrain. Under Florida Agritourism Statute §570.89, the farm is not liable for injuries resulting from inherent risks of farm activities. Client agrees to: Supervise children at all times Stay out of restricted areas Avoid approaching or touching livestock without guidance Use caution around uneven ground, mud, fences, and equipment Client assumes all risk of entering the property and agrees to hold Photographer and Oak Creek Preserve harmless from any claims, damages
