Service Description
Oak Creek Preserve : U-Pick Flower Experience Guidelines Enjoy a relaxed, hands-on experience wandering the blooming fields and creating your own bouquet of sunflowers, zinnias, and cosmos. How U-Pick Works: -Check In at the Entrance -You can pre-purchase your cup online or pay when you arrive. We also offer buckets for DIY floral designers. -Grab Your Cup or Bucket -We provide a 20 oz cup ($20) for flower picking of zinnias, branching sunflowers and cosmos. The single stem sunflowers are $3 per stem. Buckets are available for larger arrangements—bring your own bucket to carry them home! -Wander & Pick at Your Own Pace -Stroll the rows, enjoy the scenery, and clip your favorites. Clippers and everything you need are provided. -Arrange + Enjoy -You’re welcome to bring a vase and arrange your flowers on-site after picking. FAQ: Do I need to bring anything? We provide cups, clippers, and instructions. Bring a bucket if you plan to purchase a bulk bucket of flowers. You may also bring a vase if you'd like to arrange your bouquet at the farm. When is the best time to visit? Arriving earlier in the day gives you the best selection. What should I wear? Comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, and sunscreen or a hat. The fields can be uneven and sunny. Can I bring my own vase? Yes! You can arrange your flowers on-site after you pick. Can I add U-Pick to another farm event? Absolutely. Many visitors add U-Pick flowers before or after yoga classes, workshops, or farm events. Just let us know at check-in. Seasonal Bloom Windows: Our U-Pick Flower Days take place when the fields are at peak bloom. Currently, sunflowers, zinnias, and cosmos are bursting with color and ready to be picked. Bring the Beauty Home: Whether you’re designing a DIY arrangement, gathering flowers for a special occasion, or simply enjoying a peaceful afternoon on the farm, U-Pick Flowers at Oak Creek Preserve is a joyful way to connect with nature and creativity.

Cancellation Policy
U-Pick Flower Experience – Booking Policy Reservations Pre-purchased U-Pick cups or buckets guarantee your spot, but walk-ins are welcome during open hours. Please have your confirmation email ready at check-in (digital or printed). Refunds & Cancellations: All U-Pick purchases are non-refundable. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Weather Policy: U-Pick is a weather-dependent outdoor experience. If severe weather makes the field unsafe or inaccessible, we will: Offer a reschedule date OR issue a credit for a future U-Pick day Light rain does not cancel the event — please dress accordingly. Late Arrivals: You may arrive anytime during open hours as listed. Please do not arrive early or stay late. Please allow enough time to pick and enjoy the fields before closing. We recommend a minimum of 30 minutes. Farm Etiquette & Safety: Children must be supervised at all times. Stay in designated picking areas and pathways. Please avoid picking unopened buds so the field continues blooming for others. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the farm. Tools & Supplies We provide sanitized clippers and a 20 oz U-Pick cup. Buckets for large arrangements are available; please bring your own bucket to transport them home. Photography: Casual, personal photography is welcome. Professional, styled, or commercial sessions require a separate photography booking. Farm Guidelines: • No Pets, including emotional support animals • No Smoking • No Alcohol • No Drones Non-service animals — including dogs — are not permitted on the farm at any time due to food safety regulations. Service animals trained to perform a specific task for their handler are permitted. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.
